This vehicle invests at least two-thirds of its total wealth in equities and securities linked to equities having either: its Head Office in a European country, or exercising a major portion of its activities in a European country or holding a major participation in a company with its Head Office in a European country.
The investment in equities can be made either through shares, through share participations of foreign equities, through warrants or through rights. In addition, such an investment could also be made, within certain limits, through placements in convertible securities, index securities, participation securities as well as securities linked to shares.
