Investment Policy
- This vehicle invests at least two-thirds of its total wealth in equities and securities linked to equities in those companies which the Investment Manager considers as under-evaluated by the Market in relation to its capacity to generate high cash-flow or in relation to the value of its assets (Investment Model : “Value”).
- Issuing companies of such securities could be established in any country world-wide, including emerging countries.
- The investment in equities can be made either through shares, through share participations of foreign equities, through warrants or through rights. In addition, such an investment could also be made, within certain limits, through placements in convertible securities, index securities, participation securities as well as securities linked to shares.
